UES Candidate Nets 2 Key Endorsements For AD-73 Race
New York City Comptroller Mark Levine and Assemblymember Keith Powers have formally endorsed a candidate in the Assembly District 73 race to replace Alex Bores.
Levine and Powers are backing Vanessa Aronson in the race to succeed Bores, who decided to run for Congress in New York District 12.

Vanessa Aronson, who came in second in a tight CD 4 primary in June and is former president of the Lexington Dem Club, has announced that she’s running for Alex Bores’s Assembly seat next year. Heavily armed with a roster of endorsements from local and statewide Democratic leadership, Aronson will be participating in the state’s matching funds program.
